“Software Developer - Trainee
We are looking for Engineering Graduates to come along this marvelous
journey
of success. They will get an opportunity to work with Seasoned mentors,

clients, and a great working environment. Students will join us as “Software
Developer - Trainee” for an initial 6 Months.
After 6 months of successful training, The trainees will be promoted as
“Software
Developer” and after a successful completion of their training the students
will be
issued an appointment letter to join as a full-time employee with
Appventurez
Mobitech.
Students are required to produce their degree certificate at the time of
joining us
as full-time employees

PG's are also eligible.
10th + 2 years Diploma Passout student and 12th Pass + Diploma Students can
also apply
Eligibility Criteria
We required students having technical background with CS, IT and ECE and should have 60% and above with no historical errors. We also will allow students who have less than 60% but greater than 55% in any one of their academic history. The students going to appear for the interview should have good IQ, Communication,Understanding and command whatever they have learned from their academic course. (We’ve removed the rules of the first division).
Salary Package
1. For 0 to 6th month(Training) - 15K per month (as stipend)
2. After successfully completing the training the salary for developers will
be
revised to 4.5 Lac Per Annum.
Note: For Non-IT profile the salary will be revised to 3.6 Lac Per
Annum.
If students will show their exceptional skill in production before any of
the above
given periods they will be promoted to the next salary slab immediately,
after
conducting their evaluation along with their respective PM, Account
Managers
and Management.
