Key Responsibilities Include
- Monitoring and assessing the electrical grid, identifying
problematic areas, and potential dangers that may affect a
community's power supply.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with contractors/vendors for erection of poles, routing
of cables etc.
- Stay updated on technical specifications, to provide effective
support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Diploma in Electrical or ITI.
- Work and stay in rural areas.
- This role is based in Bihar, UP.

Position Objective
We are seeking a skilled site technician to join our team. The site
technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and
repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial
settings. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of
electrical theory, be able to read blueprints, and adhere to safety
standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to identify
any malfunctions or abnormalities.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the ongoing
reliability and efficiency of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, using a variety of tools
and techniques.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems, ensuring timely and
effective resolution.
- Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to determine the
layout of electrical systems.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing
devices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or
certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a technician or mechanic, preferably in a
manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic
equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and
manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
accurately.
